As Director of Professional Services at LexisNexis, Donna oversees a team of consultants, project managers, integration engineers, and onboarding support resources that optimize the customer’s CounselLink experience by ensuring that the application is aligned with current business processes and industry best practices. Donna is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional, and has more than 20 years’ experience in overseeing the implementation of SaaS-based products for clients of all sizes, both domestically and globally. Prior to joining LexisNexis in 2007, Donna worked as an IT Program Manager at Intel Corporation.

Stephanie Beck

Stephanie joined LexisNexis in December of 2008 as a Reporting Specialist. She was awarded Employee of the Year in 2009 and the CounselLink Customer Focus award for 2010. In 2011, she was promoted to Business Consultant and has managed a myriad of technical projects including client integrations, complex reports, feature re-implementations and large scale data conversions. Stephanie currently functions as the product owner and team manager for the new CounselLink integration platform. She has also been a key contributor for the CounselLink API and leverages her existing experience with Product Management, Product Development, and Customer Service to drive cross-functional collaborations to successful technology solutions for the Professional Services Organization.

Kelley Howell

Kelley has worked for LexisNexis for 12 years, starting with the CounselLink Account Management team. She has a couple of awards, most notably Consultant of the year in 2016. Now today, she manages our Business Consultant team in the Professional Services Organization. She has a deep customer experience background has been focused on bringing new clients on board with CounselLink and completing special projects for existing customers for the last several years. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Kelley spent time in the advertising and marketing fields, including working for a non-profit golf organization for kids.

Kim Humphries

Kim joined LexisNexis in February 1997, and over the course of her 21 years with our company, she has worked in many positions, including Attorney Implementation Specialist, Credentialing Specialist, and Consultant. Today she manages our Attorney Implementation team in the Professional Services Organization. Kim is our subject matter expert in the law firm on-boarding area for both Private and Registry law firms. Kim received the Employee of the Month starting back in 2004, and over the years has been received numerous acknowledgements from clients and law firms; as well as certificates for ‘Executing and Delivering on Critical Projects’.

As a Senior Project Manager at LexisNexis, Dave oversees all aspects of Advanced and Premier implementations for CounselLink. He is well versed in a variety of project methodologies including Agile (CSM) and Waterfall (PMP), and has six years of experience leading complex SaaS projects. In 2018 he was awarded PMO employee of the year. Prior to joining the software industry, Dave worked with a public health NGO in Nicaragua and several community development organizations in Seattle.

Madhavi Adivi

Madhavi Adivi has 15+ years of experience working with industry-leading implementation, customer solution and software development teams across multiple industry verticals. In the last six years with LexisNexis, Madhavi has shared her subject matter expertise and managed CounselLink implementation projects for a diverse group of large and small legal departments. In her current role, Madhavi supports clients with complex processes, business consulting and scoping projects. She has a strong academic background with a Masters in Physics and a Masters in Computer Science. She is also PMP certified and a Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to LexisNexis, she worked with Oracle Inc. in Silicon Valley for over six years.

After 4 years as a Business Consultant in the Professional Services Organization, he joined the sales team as a Strategic Account Manager servicing our existing customer base. Michael is now back in Professional Services as a Senior Client Engagement Manager. With all of his experience, he has a strong understanding of customer needs from both an implementation and an end user perspective. She moved into a lead position with the newly launched Customer Care team in 2010 and in 2013 joined the Professional Services Organization as a Business Consultant, implementing new customers and working with existing customers on expansion of their services. She is an Oregon native and graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in journalism. Before joining the CounselLink team Rebecca worked as a newspaper and magazine editor, trade association director, stay-at-home mom and account manager/legislative analyst for LexisNexis StateNet.

David Hunter III

He is an Attorney Credentialing Specialist responsible for the activation of new and existing attorney profiles and performs other duties such as weekly client reports, new firm registrations/client association, and special projects as needed to assist the AI team. Prior to joining LexisNexis, David worked as a Medical Credentialing Coordinator for CSC. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Kim previously worked at Intel for 15 years as a silicon planner and project manager, however her young career started as an interpreter for the deaf (fluent in American Sign Language) which she continues to do on a volunteer basis.

We help load your existing data, so you can get a head start on efficiency improvements and data analytics to drive cost reductions and achieve your goals. Our consultants have loaded data from dozens of data sources, including other ELM applications as well as homegrown systems. We offer multiple levels of data migration. Our Professional Services team works with you to determine the type and level of data conversion that best meets your needs.
